The Lie Checker

Introducing the Lie Checker! It works in the same way as Spell Check however it will highlight any lies that have been written in emails or texts etc. Here is an example shown below in an email we received from Jason Big chops. The Lies are highlighted in Red in Example 1 and Example 2 replaces the lie with (LIE)

Twit and Twat this!

Check out our mates Tom Wattridge and Charlie Witney's Blog http://twitandtwat.wordpress.com/ They are a great advertising/creative team and they know what it takes to make things good!

Tri Me

This was a project set by WMH to create a brand that got people cooking and to try new and exciting things. Joe led the team with Dan as his right hand man to victory! The team included Lucy Radford, Matt Krishnan, Lauren Jordan, Ben Wight, and Ruqia. We came up with the Brand TRI me with the idea being making cooking simple by keeping the recipes to 3 easy steps, using a 3 colour traffic system for easy medium and hard recipes.

Receipts - This idea was to have a recipe printed on the back of your receipt using ingredients that you have bought meaning you will get a new recipe every time depending on the ingredients you buy.

Text Message recipes straight to your phone - If you are stuck for ideas on what to cook and you don't have a cook book handy simply text the ingredients you have and you will be text back with a simple recipe using those ingredients.

Trafalgar Square packaged Pigeon - To spread the word of our brand we thought to package pigeon meat like chicken's are packaged in the meat aisle at the supermarket. We would leave loads of these around trafalgar square with our logo on. This is to try and get people to look at food differently and try new things. I've heard pigeon is very tasty.

Frisbee Plate - Green frisbees with our logo on which double as a plate to eat on. We would leave loads of these around parks around the country in an effort to get people out and about using the frisbees and getting people active. They also double up as a plate to eat a picnic on. (We would provide handy WIPEme tissues to clean plates)

EYE me - Promotional material etc.

BUY me - Products to buy.

TRI me - Brand and Logo.

Receipts that print recipes on the back depending on ingredients bought.

Text service - Texts simple recipes straight to your phone.

Pick Me Up

On Thursday 17th March (St. Patrick's Day) we were asked to help out at Anthony Burrill's exhibition for 'Pick Me Up' at Somerset House in London. We were helping our tutor Paul Plowman http://www.paulplowman.tv/?id=234 with geometric projections (entitled 'geometrique') during Anthony Burrill's band Späce Rock's live performance on Friday the 18th March. The projections went very well and we will be back for the second performance on the 25th March (this Friday) at 5pm - 6pm. We also met Ian Stevenson who's a very funny man and also creates fantastic illustrations. You can see his work here at http://www.ianstevenson.co.uk/ It's a great exhibition which we highly recommend. We will film the projections this time around and post them very soon. Here are some photos of our experiments taken last Thursday.
